This course offers you exercises especially for the pelvic floor, back and abdomen and also offers talks in the group with other mothers. The combination of training and relaxation exercises to strengthen the body and valuable discussions on topics relating the birth and the development of babies in the first year of life offers you space for exchange and self-care. Babies are warm welcome in this Post-Natal-Course. During the course, your baby is integrated into the exercises, can sleep or breastfeed with you. Also, it can lie in the centre with the other babies discovering its environment.
