Weekend Course for Couples (2nd child & beyond)

Birth preparation for couples who are already parents - "pampering weekend". Unlike the pregnancy and birth of your first child, couples who already have one or more children, find it more difficult during the following pregnancy to prepare and anticipate the next birth. There is often a lack of leisure-time prior to the birth to enjoy and look forward to the journey into the new parenthood. Sometimes memories of the previous birth and postpartum also override the anticipation. Take time for the most important questions: How do we all prepare well for the next birth, what is there to consider or perhaps to organize for the postpartum period with siblings, how does everyday life change with several children, what changes for us as a couple? Treat yourself to a weekend together, where you have time and peace to tune into these topics. During the course days, theory, movement, relaxation, and smaller breaks will be alternately offered.
