All expectant parents are welcome to register for our Birth Preparation Courses in English. Whether you are expecting your first child or have given birth before, planning a Caesarean section or want to birth your baby spontaneously, our course instructors will respond to your individual needs and provide you with the necessary knowledge and information to help you feel well-prepared for the birth of your child. Our courses provide comprehensive information on pregnancy, childbirth, positions for labor and delivery, routine hospital procedures, contractions and pain management, and offer guidance for the person providing support during childbirth and the postnatal period.  Join one of our compact weekend courses to find out everything you need to know and more about how to be prepared for childbirth.
