Evening Course for couples

We warmly invite those expecting their first child to a weekly birth preparation course. This course format offers the opportunity to intensively engage with the upcoming birth, the first period afterward, and the associated changes. Courses that extend over a longer period of time give you space to slowly and calmly approach the "new and special" beyond the many "everyday" aspects. This course format offers the opportunity to reflect on the topics discussed in peace and to bring up any questions that arise from your changed life situation on a weekly basis. We look forward to accompanying you on your journey! It’s a course planned to include the birth companions/partners* and also prepare them. Partner fee: €160.
