Birth preparation course for couples, weekend

We warmly invite those expecting their first child to our weekend birth preparation courses. This course format offers the opportunity to intensively engage with the upcoming birth, the first period afterward, and the associated changes. Removed from everyday life, you will prepare for the arrival of your child with time for questions you may have or that might arise over weekend. The course days are structured to alternate between theory, exercise, relaxation, and short breaks. There is a lunch break on both course days. We look forward to a varied weekend with you! The fee for partners is €160. It’s a course planned to include the birth companions/partners* and also prepare them. Kursleitung: Brigitte Richter
