Introducing Solid Foods & Baby-Led Weaning (BLW) - Baby’s First Spoonfuls, when and how to start? This practical workshop supports parents in confidently introducing complementary foods and understanding their baby's nutritional needs. Questions like “When should my baby start eating?”, “Which foods are suitable for the first meals?” and “How long should breastfeeding continue?” are common during this transition.
