Our childbirth preparation class equips you with practical knowledge, evidence-based techniques, and expert guidance to help you prepare for labor, birth, breastfeeding, and the first days with your newborn. Whether you're expecting your first baby or would like a refresher, you'll gain the skills and confidence for a positive birth experience. Course Fees - Pregnant participants: The course fee is covered by statutory health insurance. Most private health insurance providers also reimburse the costs, please check with your insurer in advance. - Accompanying participants: Only the pregnant participant needs to register. The birth partner is automatically included with the registration. The listed course fee applies only to the accompanying person (birth partner).
